Through our extensive experience in the Work Health and Safety (formally known as Occupational Health and Safety or OHS) and Human Resources Fields we are able to offer training and assistance in all facets of these complex areas. We are able to assist companies who may only employee one or two employees through to large organisations with over several hundred employees by delivering a wide range of quality, practicable and enjoyable training programs.
Our training packages are written in-house and are produced to suit your individual requirements.
We have training programs approved in NSW and Victoria and have recently been approved as training provider by Comcare.
Training sessions can be performed in our training rooms, your own premises or we can arrange a venue within your local community.
As a team of dedicated professionals we are able to provide a personal touch to the fields of OHS/HR.
We have over thirty years experience in assisting various industry with training, and are able to offer solutions to issues based on our personal experiences and successes.
Our friendly and approachable style ensures that people who attend our sessions are put at ease and positively respond which results in good participation.
We also make sure that each participant leaves the sessions feeling confident and empowered, whilst ensuring there is a sound return on investment for your organisation.
Our History
Job Safety Assistance was formed in 2007 after 14 years of operation by Marilyn as a sole trader, the formation of the company has allowed us to expand the services and support we offer to our clients as well as enabling us to venture into a number of regional areas.
July 2007 saw us locating to a small office in Stanley St in central Wodonga and within few months our operation expanded rapidly and with the inclusion of two additional staff members meant that we needed to find larger premises. In October of 2007 we moved into larger offices located in Melrose Drive were we remained until 2010, during this period we provided training and support to clients through out the region as well as travelling to Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Sydney.
In July 2010 we relocated our head office to larger premises located at suite 3, 167 Beechworth Road Wodonga ( Gundowring House), this high profile location is centrally located in Wodonga and provides us with both lager offices and a training room.
2011 has seen us continue to develop and promote our services and we excited to announce that we have set up a presence in our nations capital Canberra (02 6176 0225) and Wagga Wagga NSW (02 5908 1355).
