Meet and Greet

Some people have a natural ability to make people feel welcome and comfortable when they meet and greet them.

For others it may be quite daunting to know how to start a conversation professionally and politely without being too strong and knowing how and when to shake hands, respond in the right context and create a rapport with the person being greeted is a skill that makes the encounter a very natural experience.

Learning how to read body language and judge appropriate interactions helps to foster longer term loyalties and confidence between your employees and the people they meet and greet.
