                            - Researching section/structure/staff of where the position will be located

                        Participating in the interview effectively

                            - Communication skills
                            - Body language
                            - How to present well at an interview
                            - Responding to questions and interviewers

                        Recognising, accessing and using the resources and websites available

                            - Where positions are advertised and how to access the website

                        Gaining feedback if unsuccessful as an applicant
