Managing Self Managed Teams
The title of this one day program sounds quite strange, we know. Having a self managed team takes a lot of time and energy off of the manager and it is a great way to have employees responsible for their own actions
This does not mean that the ship does not need a rudder- it does.
This program helps managers to step back from the focus of day to day productivity issues onto the planning and strategic mapping of their teams performance goals whilst enabling the manager to give positive and constructive feedback to the team to keep their performance levels focusing on continuous improvement.
