- How to set the parameters for behaviours expected
- Empowering people in junior positions
- Entrusting people and what it means regarding ownership and trust
- Enabling people who are being mentored to make decisions within agreed parameters
- Session 4– Stepping away from the mentoring role
- How to know when it is time to give independence verses interdependence
- Retaining a relationship based on trust and respect after the mentoring role is over
