Please read carefully the following "Registration Terms & Conditions" before completing and submitting our registration form.
Acceptance of Registration Terms and Conditions
It is a prerequisite for registering for one of our training courses to acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept or registration terms and conditions.
Completing all mandatory fields in the "Registration Form" and submitting it (by clicking the submit button located at the bottom of the form) constitutes your acceptance of these "Registration Terms and Conditions".
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made by completing our online "request form" , the "request form" must be submitted (10) ten business days prior to the course commencement date. A copy of the appropriate form can be found by following the link titled "registrations" on the left hand side of each page or by following this "link" .
All cancellations are subject to our "Refunds Policy", a copy of our refunds policy can be found by following the link titled "legal" on the left hand side of this page or by following this "link" . Our Refunds Policy" forms part of these "Registration Terms & Conditions" and must be read in conjunction with this document.
Failure to attend a course on the nominated date without completing the appropriate online request form will be treated as a breach of these terms and conditions.
Job Safety Assistance ® Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course if there are insufficient numbers or through circumstances beyond our control. Should the course be rescheduled within three months the deposit will be held and a place allocated in this course for the registered party/s. If the rescheduled date is not suitable to the registered party/s the deposit will be refunded.
On cancellation of the course due to lack of numbers or circumstances beyond our control all deposits will be refunded and an email detailing the cancellation will be sent to the contact address as completed on the registration form.
General Terms
These "Registration Terms & Conditions" form part of our "Terms and Conditions" and must be read in conjunction with them. Our "Terms and Conditions" can be viewed by following the link entitled "legal" located on the left hand side of each page of this website or by following this "link".
Car parking for participants is available either in Lawrence Street, Beechworth Road or the Council Car Park accessible from Lawrence Street. NO car parking is provided by Job Safety Assistance ® Pty Ltd and all parking spaces onsite are for the exclusive use of the tenants of Gundowring House. Participants parking in any of the spaces located behind Gundowring House will be required to relocate their vehicles.
Coffee, tea, biscuits and cold water are provided during the training, lunch is not provided and is at the participant's expense.
Privacy
Our "Privacy Policy" policy forms part of these "Registration Terms & Conditions" and must be read in conjunction with this document. Our Privacy Policy" can be viewed by following the link entitled "legal" located on the left hand side of each page of this website or by following this "link".
Postponement of Attendance
A request for postponement must be made (10) ten business days prior to the course commencement date by completing our online "request form" and completing all mandatory fields. The "request form" can be found by following the link titled "registrations" on the left hand side of each page or by following this "link".
Postponement will not be granted unless the "Request Form" and all mandatory fields have been completed and submitted by clicking on the submit button located at the bottom of the form. A request for postponement will not be accepted in any other form such as email, fax or telephone unless prior mutual arrangements have been made.
Submitting the completed "request form" (by clicking the submit button located at the bottom of the form) does not constitute acceptance or approval of the postponement.
Job Safety Assistance ® Pty Ltd at its discretion on receipt of the completed "request form" may allow postponement of attendance for a course and allow attendance at the next available course subject to availability, all fees paid will be retained and an administration fee will be applied as per our refunds policy.
No guarantee is given of availability at any upcoming course or that the course will be held within the next twelve months. Should the course not be scheduled or attendance is unavailable within twelve months it will be deemed that a cancellation has been made and will be subject to our refunds policy.
Job Safety Assistance ® Pty Ltd reserves the right to postpone any course as a result of insufficient numbers or circumstances beyond our control, should this occur registered participants will be advised by an email sent to the contact email address as completed on the registration form, listing the next available course date or dates. Should the next available course date or dates not be suitable to the participants registered all fees paid will be refunded.
Registrations
All registrations must be made online by completing our "registration form", for scheduled courses on submitting the registration form you will be redirected to our credit card payments page.
A deposit is required for all scheduled courses, the standard
deposit is $300.00 plus $30.00 GST for
each participant listed on the registration form for all non
accredited courses and $300.00 excluding GST
for all accredited courses. On receipt of the
completed registration form and payment of the deposit an invoice
will be sent to the email address listed on the registration form,
this invoice is due and payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
At the discretion of Job Safety Assistance ® Pty Ltd the standard
deposit may not be required with prior approval and only after signing
our standard training
agreement. An invoice for the full amount listed in the training
agreement will be sent ten business days prior to the commencement
date of the course and is due and payable within 30 days of the
invoice date.
It is the responsibility of the person completing the
registration form to ensure the spelling
of each participants name is correct. A fee of $25.00 plus $2.50
will be charged for reproducing certificates if the participants
name is incorrectly entered on our registration form.
All registrations are subject to an administration charge of $75.00 plus $7.50 GST which is included in the course fee. Failure to pay the deposit at the time the registration form is submitted may result in this administration fee being applied in addition to the course fee.
Unless otherwise stated in the course outline a charge of $22.00 plus $2.20 GST per participant for workbooks and handouts is to be added to all course fees.
Failure to make payment in full within the agreed time will result in interest of 5% per month being charged on all overdue fees. NO STATEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED.
Invoices can be paid by EFT, credit card or cash. Credit card payments may be subject to a surcharge being 3% of the invoice value.
Payment by cheque is at the discretion of Job Safety Assistance ® Pty Ltd and only if approval has been gained prior to making the registration.
No certificates will be issued until all fees are paid in full. Unless prior approval has been obtained admission to any of our courses may be at risk of payment if the deposit has not been made.
WorkCover NSW requires 100 points of ID for accredited courses. If you have insufficient ID on the day you will not be admitted to the course and all fees paid are subject to our refunds policy..
Duplicate certificates or reprinting of certificates as a result of loss or damage will be charged at $25.00 plus $2.50 GST.
Revision to Registration Terms & Conditions
Job Safety Assistance ® Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these "Registration Terms & Conditions" at anytime without notice to you. Any revisions will be effective immediately and posted on this page.
You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications before submitting our registration form. Submitting our registration form by you following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the "Registration Terms & Conditions" as modified.
