I have been an WHS/OHS and Personnel Consultant and Trainer since 1994 managing my own consultancy business and in 2007 formation of Job Safety Assistance ® Pty Ltd. My passions and skills focus on Occupational Health and Safety consultation and training, coaching and mentoring others, personnel development, teams training, conflict resolution, and human resource management.
As an experienced Human Resource Consultant I have in excess of twenty years experience within the training industry. I have had extensive experience in the development and delivery of training programs during my employment as State Training Coordinator and Personnel Manager for Myer and as a Personnel Consultant working in many diverse industries. My delivery style is very flexible and friendly to meet the individual requirements of the organisation and participants.
