- Position Charter of investigators involved in conducting investigations

- Documents to use for incident investigations

- Involvement of WHS Committees/WHS representatives verses management

- Case study on incident investigation responsibilities and outcomes expected of an investigation

- Case study on serious incident investigation and outcomes expected of the investigation

- Review and conclusion including participants developing an action plan on specific procedures to be followed by your organisation
